Move & sweat in our movement & mindset sauna. The only combination of personal Hot Yoga, Boxing or Pilates and infrared sauna in our space. We simply remove the seat to allow you to move & sweat. We use Omnilux Revive2 which has both a rejuvenating and anti-inflammatory effect on the skin, increasing cellular energy which in turn “kick starts” cellular renewal. Rather than using light, our traditional sauna heats the air around you created by hot coals and water to a degree that your body kickstarts its natural cooling process. This means bringing blood closer to the surface of the skin and opening the pores to release sweat, and lots of it! Sauna is communal with 5 persons capacity.
