Infrared saunas penetrate deep into tissues usuing wavelengths of Infrared light and this raises the core body temperature. The heat opens up blood vessels so that more blood can be transported easily. This easier transportation of blood means that the immune cells in your body, which are also carried in your blood can help to prevent getting the cold or flu.​​​​​​​​

There is no right answer here, it is personal choice and preference, though depending on your health and wellness goals, it is reccomended to use an Infrared Sauna 2-3 times per week to see and feel the benefits. Infrared Saunas are safe to use every day of a maximum of 45-minutes per session.

Yes! Every suite is private for your whole session time. Your suite is fit with a shower, towel & water, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your treatment in peace.

The small infrared saunas can fit a maximum of 2 people, while the large infrared saunas can fit a maximum of 4 people.

Our large saunas can also be turned into your own private movement room. We remove the seats so you have the space and freedom to move, stretch & sweat!

Our traditional coal sauna uses dry heat to warm a room, Rather than using light, the sauna heats the air around you created by hot coals to a degree that your body kickstarts its natural cooling process. This means bringing blood closer to the surface of the skin and opening the pores to release sweat, and lots of it! The coal sauna averages between 80 -90 degrees to induce sweat.

Our Infrared saunas use advanced infrared heaters to warm your body directly. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this increases thermal energy, inducing a deep and relaxing sweat. Infrared sauna heat averages between 45 to 65 degrees for a comfrotable sweat.

We thoroughly clean and wipe down inside the saunas and screens, showers, floors and walls between each session usuing koala eco products, made with concentrated essential oils that are eco-friendly and ethical. We also have professional cleaners 3 times a week for a deep clean.
