Rather than using light, our traditional sauna heats the air around you created by hot coals and water to a degree that your body kickstarts its natural cooling process. This means bringing blood closer to the surface of the skin and opening the pores to release sweat, and lots of it!

Our traditional coal sauna ranges from 90ºc - 110ºc – this increases the rate of production of HSPs in the body making the cells more robust and resistant to damage and stress.​​​​​​​​
